We develop Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects that are consistent with the mission and objectives of the companies and Public Bodies that activate them, based on the criteria of credibility, direct and indirect impact and effectiveness.
The areas in which CSR is applied include: Social-environmental reporting; Quality of work and employee welfare; Positive impacts on the local area; Supply of environmentally friendly materials; Circular economy and waste reduction; Sustainable mobility; Environmental innovation and green management; Social marketing; Corporate governance; Responsible financing. The main and most effective tool for reporting, transparency and communication is the Sustainability Report.
By helping companies to develop Social Responsibility projects, we are proud to collaborate with Emporio Solidale di Ferrara – Il Mantello, an innovative community welfare project that is very important for our city.
Projects
Thanks to our experience we assist large organizations, SMEs and social enterprises (cooperatives, foundations, consortia) in the process of analysis, reporting and drafting of the Sustainability Report. We operate in accordance with the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the international reference model for sustainability reporting.
The Sustainability Report is a Corporate Social Responsibility project as a tool for reporting, transparency and communication that requires significant stakeholder involvement. Through the Sustainability Report, we also support large organisations in preparing a non-financial statement in compliance with the terms of the Legislative Decree no. 254 of 30 December 2016.
We assist Benefit Companies in preparing the Annual Impact Report and in assessing their activities against the objectives set, in accordance with the provisions of the B Impact Assessment and, alternatively, the GRI guidelines.
Benefit companies are a new form of business, created with the intention of combining the profit-making nature of companies with one or more social and/or environmental objectives, thus pursuing one or more objectives of common benefit and operating in a responsible, sustainable and transparent way. This form of enterprise, was established in 2010 as a Benefit Corporation in the USA and was introduced in Italy, the first country in the world outside the USA, with the Law no. 208 of 28 December 2015 (“Stability Law 2016”). Up to now, more than 170 Italian companies have transformed their legal form into a Benefit Company.
